About the Bobs
Evans Custom Cabinetry is owned and operated by a father and son team, Big Bob and Bob Jr.   In 1991, they started Evans Custom Cabinetry in St. Augustine, Florida.  They've been creating kitchens and custom furniture for families and businesses in St. Augustine for seventeen years.

Prior to starting the business specializing in cabinetry, Big Bob owned his own construction company in New Jersey.   He was a contractor building homes, putting on  additions and completing renovation projects for 28 years. When he moved to Florida he decided to specialize in cabinetry.   His knowledge and experience in the construction industry make his kitchen and furniture design not just functional and beautiful, but also structurally sound.   He prides himself in making the best use of every square inch available to you in your kitchen, the most utilized room in your home.

Bob Jr. also brings a unique perspective to the table.  He is an artist whose creativity and attention to detail ensure that your cabinets come to you in top quality.  He feels the same way about his woodworking as he does his artwork, it doesn't go out of the shop and into your home with his name on it, unless it is a piece he is proud of.  Your furniture, your cabinets, your wall units are all part of your decor and deserve that type of perfectionism.  Check out some of his artwork at:
